Avantages

The starting salary is good, i enjoyed the small office size and location. Working out in the field and meeting business owners was valuable. Office Manager was supportive.

Inconvénients

I found the job highly stressful when not achieving my goals, started to feel micromanaged at the end. Manager was inexpierienced but will get better over time. Upper management only concerned with results. The sales team and telemarketing team are always under pressure.

We appreciate your review of our company and the local branch where you worked. Most of our branches are small and there is a close relationship between the branch manager and the sales team. We don't actually regret that you felt stressed. Ours is a very competitive business and our competitors are always working as hard as they can to put us out of business. Remote and a few of the people there are amazing

Inconvénients

Micro management at its worst! Hire you for one thing and switch and bate! Expected to make sales less than a month in with no training at all or showing how processes are done and how their sales cycle works as well as leads which none are given! How can you expect someone less than 30 days to start making sales of 10k +?
