      Avantages

      Training is convenient because they include the 40 hour RBT course. Some staff is very friendly.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership at this location is extremely unprofessional. Someone in a leadership role employed all their friends and shows favoritism. Many RBTs were reported for neglecting clients (kids and teens). But are still employed. A member of leadership spends most of their supervision gossiping with RBTs about other RBTs. They were also known to flirt with employees and threaten to fire them when they were turned down or when staff had questions about interventions for clients. After many filed complaints to HR, all were dismissed. I have nothing good to say about this company.

      Full RBT training provided Often challenging work, but it's really motivating to see clients make progress over time Experienced BCBAs who share knowledge and help when sessions get challenging Data systems and program structures help you stay on track

      Often emotionally demanding, the hours can be unpredictable

      Avantages

      Steady work schedules, no sudden changes. I can have a life outside work which I can’t say for my previous employment. Mix of new activities and situations. Each day brings new learning experiences. Minimum downtime, job that keeps me moving. I enjoy building routines with clients and seeing how consistency helps over time. Steady guidance and team support. Makes handling new situations easier.

      Inconvénients

      Not really a con but you don’t work here for the money.
