Good concept but not being executed well

PatientWing provides great work-life balance with a remote-friendly environment and flexible schedules. We work hard and also realize the importance of using our unlimited PTO to recharge. Although most of the team works remotely, we frequently connect and socialize through virtual events, retreats, and holiday parties.

As with any startup, we are always evolving to improve and formalize our processes. We have to be mindful of costs, so we are resourceful and creative in the ways that we problem-solve and overcome obstacles!
