      You will learn a lot. The supervisors are ethical and knowledgeable about their work. If you are looking for strong supervision support you can find it here.

      Inconvénients

      Caseloads are too large and the pay is not consistent which can be very stressful. I don't believe the caseloads are set up to prevent burn out. You can't really take any time off without not getting paid. There are a lot of moving pieces and if you are a slower learner it's easy to feel overwhelmed.

      I loved the clients and coworkers

      Inconvénients

      None except there is no salary, it is based off of the hours you work but they are very doable and opportunities for extra hours if needed or desired by the client if clinically indicated.
