      - Lack of response to serious safety concerns leading to the death of a security guard - Unwillingness to support medical personnel to be able to adequately manage medical needs of medically fragile participants - Encourages staff to compromise their safety during home and office visits in the pursuit of achieving unit expectations - Lack of transparency from leadership - Major agency decisions made without input from medical staff

      Avantages

      Pathways was at one time one of the most supportive, exciting, fun, and welcoming places to work. They did fantastic work with an extremely difficult population and the atmosphere around the office was like one big family

      Inconvénients

      This organization is a sinking ship. Terrible administrative decisions made constantly and just total disorganization from top to bottom. If you want to be taken advantage of, pushed to your limits, and then fired for no reason--go work here. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole program closed down within a year. What a sad situation
