      Avantages

      The Assertive Community Treatment model and the work hours. If you like social services and dealing with people who have mental illnesses this company could be your cup of tea.

      Inconvénients

      The company has had funding issues for the past 3.5 years. It is difficult to remain positive and give 100% daily when the company is giving less than 100%. This situation is not so much a failing but a reality of the government funding and the US economy issues.

      Avantages

      Pathways was at one time one of the most supportive, exciting, fun, and welcoming places to work. They did fantastic work with an extremely difficult population and the atmosphere around the office was like one big family

      Inconvénients

      This organization is a sinking ship. Terrible administrative decisions made constantly and just total disorganization from top to bottom. If you want to be taken advantage of, pushed to your limits, and then fired for no reason--go work here. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole program closed down within a year. What a sad situation
