      For corporate employees: decent PTO policy, hybrid work offered for corporate employees, commission offered to recruiting and sales

      Inconvénients

      In the corporate office: unprofessionalism of management, lack of growth opportunities, constant turnover due to bad culture and frequent layoffs, poor leadership, low compensation, rampant favoritism, and general lack of care toward employees.
