Paragon is a great place to work. With access to Sr. Leadership and Management staff, you have an opportunity for your voice and ideas to be heard and considered. The door is always open for ways to improve and enhance services we offer to our clients and customers, in addition to adopting new ideas and encouraging thinking outside of the box.

Competing with larger companies sometimes leaves us out of great opportunities that I know Paragon would thrive with. Large companies can overlook Paragon because of size; however I have seen Paragon assist extremely large companies before and do an excellent job at it. Paragon is definitely worth the consideration.

Great place to work, you are not just a number. I have worked with the company more than 8 years and have had many advancement opportunities. Great Managers, they don't micro-manage and they are very flexible when you need to work from home or have appointments. CEO has good idea's for diversifying - just needs to find those that will be able to accomplish those ideas.

Some upper management want to do business their way instead of following process. That can make things complicated for everyone else. Smaller relocation company that a lot of large companies don't look at.
