      Avantages

      I've been with Paragon for several years now as. I love my co workers and managers. Upper management and HR is extremely understanding when time is needed for family, medical or other needs. Flexible hours and casual dress are also a plus. I really like my job and enjoy helping people.

      Inconvénients

      I would prefer to only work on two or 3 clients rather than all of them. I feel like I would be a better expert of the policies this way.

      It is a very entrepreneurial environment Every employee at the company has an opportunity to make an impact Not only does Paragon care about their customers, clients, employees, they also care about helping the community through community service projects and fundaraisers

      None. I love it here!

      Avantages

      Great place to work, you are not just a number. I have worked with the company more than 8 years and have had many advancement opportunities. Great Managers, they don't micro-manage and they are very flexible when you need to work from home or have appointments. CEO has good idea's for diversifying - just needs to find those that will be able to accomplish those ideas.

      Inconvénients

      Some upper management want to do business their way instead of following process. That can make things complicated for everyone else. Smaller relocation company that a lot of large companies don't look at.
