Avantages
-Opportunities for growth if you're a high performer. Many people here have grown from ICs to managers over the course of their tenure. -For a company that's been around so long, they aren't stuck in their ways. Most teams are open to process changes in the effort of improving how we work. -Great work/life balance, people take their work seriously but are understanding that work isn't everything. Good PTO plan and you're encouraged to actually use all of your days each year. -Company is doing well and business/revenue is growing a lot year over year.
Inconvénients
-Leadership is pushing return to office for some teams but not others. Certain teams like engineering are very remote-friendly with folks around the world, and other teams are pretty much NYC-only. I think leadership should be better about consistency across the org and be realistic that most people don't need to come into the office 1-2 days a week to work efficiently with their team.
