Avantages
-you do not have to talk with customers if you work in the back as a cook, - if you work in the front its easy -time goes by fast
Inconvénients
So much work for one individual to do. You have the responsibilities of: cooking chowein,white rice, and friend rice OR cook the entrees on or the other. but on top of that you have to ; mop and sweep the floor, cut vegetables throughout the day, wash the dishes throughout the day, constantly moving non stop even if it isnt that busy. Makes you feel you deserve more than 9 dollars an hour for doing so much.
