      Great people and company pay was good and bonus every year very flexible with remote working and opportunities to progress

      Inconvénients

      Split business units so moved about to where my role sat and sadly Malaysia are cheaper so my role moved as a shared service team

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Inconvénients

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
