The work gets old quick. I worked in the call center and it has rapidly gone downhill the last couple years. Management sees everything only in black and white, the call center manager shows little interest in the employees, and the quality of work has been dumbed down. Not to mention you can be stuck with massive overtime with as little as 5 minutes before your shift ending, and you cannot get out of it, regardless of your other obligations.
