      the job is hybrid, sunday half a day one month a year

      Inconvénients

      like Histadrot, alot hidden unemployment old technology, most of the employees are unexerinced and junior employees so there is a very long learning curv. the company is cheap in compension. a place just to start your career as a jump start.

      Avantages

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Inconvénients

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
