      Avantages

      Good company culture. Middle level management is very good, fair, reasonable and encouraging. Company is very committed to customers. I haven't seen a case where customer's technical issue is not resolved. Different departments and organizations work together and support each other. Very flexible environment.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not competitive. Company seemed to struggle to position itself in the market.
