you get to experience how one of the biggest organization of Bangladesh functions with minimal regulations, massive employee dissatisfaction, distrust toward upper management, fuckall employee benefits and fuckall attitude of management regarding local laws & regulations
Inconvénients
No cons. all good here. Just have to work 6 days a week from 8 to 8. Sometimes your one day in week may get cancelled if there is workload. Oh, did I mention you don't get to enjoy the govt holidays as well if you're working in factory? No? You can't most of the time.... Sometimes management brag about giving full holiday in religious holidays like Eid in some year. So you should get the idea.
