Avantages
The internship program was very well organized. They strongly encouraged all of the interns to talk with other managers and employees to learn more about the company, to figure out their interests within the company, and to get general career advice.
Inconvénients
As does frequently happen with internships, sometimes I was simply not engaged enough. This all depends on which department you get placed in and how well that department aligns with your interests.
