Perspective commerciale
Avantages
I truly worked with great people who were team-oriented and tried to make your day. Most people were easy to talk to in the organization. The compensation and benefits when I was there were really good and it was a flexible work environment. Employees were able to work from home in cases of bad weather or other life events.
Inconvénients
The organization runs very lean these days, which can be stressful to those now having to wear several hats. Still, this is how most jobs will be going forward. Director-level and higher should be more considerate of those at lower levels who are doing the brunt of the work. Many managers were excellent and deserve higher positions.
