      Old colleagues are so nice and good at skills.

      Inconvénients

      One of the new hired manager has less skill on tech, and doesn't know how to interview. New hired colleagues are low motivated on their own responsibility! High manager level switched many times these years, so no one take charge of this situation.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Inconvénients

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
