      stability and good PTO package...if you stay here long enough

      Underpaid, zero career development path, zero company culture. The company has essentially stripped away any type of work perks in the past few years as it has become more expensive to upkeep, even though the company has had tremendous growth.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Inconvénients

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
