Low salary and slow pace - Avis employé Software Engineer PLUS Expressways

1. More laidback working environment if compared to other mnc/some glc 2. Company culture is very promoting and lots of activities can join from PLUS club 3. Salary wise is ok, not that high not also that low. Increment lately is good, nice initiative from MD and CPO 4. Bonus is good lately

1. Less career growth and career plan for long term in general 2. Can find many better salary elsewhere (mnc/glc) in the same position 3. Sometimes can be toxic, depends on the dept

1) A close and friendly working environment. Many have already worked for more than 5 years, and some have worked for more than 20 years. This creates a family like environment. 2) Large training field to learns on maintaining the highway i.e pavement, slope, structure, traffic, toll system, electrical, contract, project, facilities etc

Slow career growth, no clear career path, poor training and succession plans, low salaries, low increments, low bonuses, and many other benefits have been cut, especially to lower grade staffs
