      Work with a ton of smart people, Stocked fridge and snack bar.

      Inconvénients

      Insane hours completely negating the value of your salary. Office perception is more important than the quality of your work. (I was actually told this) Crippling micro manager, and project manager who didn't bother to create a login for the product he/she was managing.

      Very few to think of. Sometimes at a team or project level - the number of stakeholders starts to prevent innovation
