The MANAGEMENT TEAM (all three C-Level) is the perfect example of "incompetence meets family entitlement". With little to no industry experience apart from this company, their career ladder is more about family ties rather than competency. Their experience? LIMITED ALMOST ENTIRELY TO THIS COMPANY ONLY. Yet, they parade around as "industry experts". While one of the company’s core values is "embrace change", management does everything possible to "avoid" it. Fresh ideas and innovative solutions from employees? REJECTED. Any approvals and decisions are limited to their NARROW THINKING AND INTERNAL EXPOSURE rather than the diverse experiences employees bring from outside. Employees are left to SUFFER under the weight of INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT at the top. The only thing they focus on is changing their hair color so often, which just makes them look unprofessional. Especially when meeting external stakeholders like the public or government. Honestly, it’s quite embarrassing. In short, the C-level looks more like a family reunion than a quality leadership team. Employees suffered under poor management which led to a high turnover rate.
