Perspective commerciale

Avantages

Great family life balance depending on your department. Company has a lot of dedicated employees who generally care about each other and their customers. Extrodionarily smart men and women work here. Great building and grounds.

Inconvénients

Company has crossed into being a profit machine at the expense of it's employees. Salaries are lower and moral is low. The lack of solid leadership is starting to make good employees leave. It feels like the same people who have caused the moral issues keep getting more promotions and the little people work harder for next to no reward.
