      Avantages

      The reward of working with individuals with autism and their milestones is reward enough.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is not all that great, but nowhere will you find an organization that pays enough in this field. When entering this field of work, you have to be doing it for the non monetary rewards.

      Avantages

      Genuine love and great care of the kids, in a unique and special learning environment for students with Autism and various developmental/learning disabilities. The mission is clear and staff (from top to bottom) are dedicated. People care.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are standard Medical/Dental/Vision, Life Insurance & Accidental D&D. 401K available but no matching. Hours during the regular school year are 33/week but cut to 18/week during summer school. Not enough PTO or sick time offered. Many unpaid holidays and winter/spring school breaks are often unpaid due to insufficient PTO. Lack of opportunity for growth. No annual or regular/reliable pay increases.
