      Avantages

      Colleagues are usually helpful and partners are reachable. There is work life balance. Unlike big firms, there is no pressure to work beyond the contracted hours.

      Inconvénients

      I saw favouritism largely at play. Those who are closer to the managers are given more opportunities . Also, there is no clear structure for promotion, so you end up being in the same position for years with minimal increase in salary.

      Avantages

      A great place to work. Friendly, community feel despite being a large team. There's a focus on learning and development across all areas of the business. A real pride from the Partners in what the company has achieved over the past 40 years.

      Inconvénients

      none that i can think of.
