Many good people to work with and great flexibility of work schedule for salary employees.

Inconvénients

Low overhead company, with high deductible insurance. Small company, but has inherited a large company culture which is detrimental.

Avantages

Liked how upper management ran the company in a smart way. Management responsive to concerns and time to complete projects. 100% remote work was great,

Inconvénients

It was sometimes low on work available so had to do work share but then again it was 2020. Company was sold (Re:Build) - not sure what the future holds and if the social environment will be maintained.

Avantages

Lots of freedom. You can work from home when you choose with no manager to dictate where you will work. You will have the ability to work on a variety of products and provide services to many different clients will all kinds of needs. You will truly work as a system integrator.

Inconvénients

No local leadership. Corporate management is like "blind leading the blind" when it comes to the satellite offices; and they will not assign a local leader. The medical coverage is just OK. The culture is "take take take" and never really give back. They have poor quality control upon delivered products; somebody else is always going back in after the original person to fix major software bugs that should have been fixed the first time. The entire operation is completely disorganized. NO chance for upward mobility... absolutely none! Additionally, I found myself working 55 - 60 hours a week just trying to partially meet company expectations... which were crossing the absurdity line.
