      work schedule. Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

      Inconvénients

      everything! starting wages are way to low. no raises, no motivating factors, no career advancement. Management doesnt know what they are doing. There is no interaction between the engineers and technicians. The place is a joke. Management hires temps and never offers them full time postions so they dont have to pay for there benefits.

      Avantages

      Based on my previous work experience, they gave me the freedom to fully understand the company and its processes on my own first. Then they provided me with ample time for explanations and training. This allowed me to adapt to the work here more quickly. And when I made mistakes, they never blamed me, but patiently guided me instead.

      Inconvénients

      My colleagues are all very friendly. They're like family.

      - Family centered environment. - Excellent training methods to help to thoroughly understand the products that you will be supporting. - The other team that you work with are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
