2yThank you for your feedback. All office-based employees have flexible working arrangements in line with our policy. Over time, we have seen that while virtual work has undeniable benefits, coming into the office brings about more creativity, innovation and collaboration. We remain flexible and there is also a process for colleagues to request becoming remote workers.
As well, At OpenText, we provide continuous development opportunities for our leaders, to ensure they support and manage their teams efficiently to foster progression. Overall, we hear that team members work closely and efficiently with their managers, so we are sorry to hear that this has not been your experience.
