      Immigration process is too much slow. I think OpenTable should speed up on employee's immigration process.

      Within RSS, I feel that I have lots of autonomy to manage my territory the way I see fit.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership and org changes frequently. People who have been here a very long time seem targeted for layoffs or "reorgs" Not a lot of room for career growth
