      All opportunities are given to older timers. All old timers gossip and talk a lot about all the other guys behind their backs What ever the old timers tell to the management, the management blindly believes it. This is a typical body shopping co., Too much of cuss words are used. Not professional Too much of hire and fire No work life balance.

      They will put their trust on you and give you a change to grow without any complications. They believe in results rather than internal politics.

      The company is challenged as to what business model they want to execute to.
