They are very pretentious people and always hiding something as they seem to be doing something illegal. Also they don't provide proper training due to indirect way of communication. It's a very childish company as they fight like small kids. I remember when I was in college and school when I had similar sort of fights. If you make any mistake, they immediately start making fun of you and spread the word to the entire company and others as well, they love gossips. They also send you to clients without completing your training itself which is unprofessional.
