      Workday certification. Exposure to large number of tenants for issue resolution, etc.

      Inconvénients

      AMS "leadership", favoritism, nepotism, utilization. This place USED TO BE a good place to work. When they got a $150 million dollar investment in 2015, they became about the numbers instead of the people. You are your hours. And they expect A LOT of hours. In essence, 8 hours per day needs to be accounted for. You have to track your time for every thing. And expectations equate to more to 10+ hours per day of time tracked - as meetings and PTO do not count toward those hours. Thinking about working here? Think again. Besides, they don't have any openings because their business has really slowed down.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to creating a comfortable environment in which people are treated like people so I am sorry your experience didn't mirror that. We value all feedback and we will always find ways to improve but I wanted to address your concern about our openings here. Sales exceeeded their Q2 goals and Q3 is looking great which means we are doing great in terms of business. Financials projects are on the horizon and we have a lot of business on the BPaaS side. Our Payroll Services and Benefits/COBRA teams are on the lookout for talent to support our new customers. Thank you again for your feedback.

      Avantages

      Great remote work. The company is making changes to automate processes and has started using AI for many of its processes.

      Inconvénients

      As an auditor, I was left to my own resources. I wasn't included on conference calls or team meetings until last year, and when I was, it didn't relate to what I was doing. For 6 years, I was the only compliance audit specialist in the company, and I didn't even know that.
