      It's is a great job to begin your career and establish a resume, but so much depends on your region and your managers. Quick way to become well versed in the consumer finance industry.

      Inconvénients

      Constant sales pressure at the branch level. Company is currently struggling and downsizing.

      Flexibility, autonomy, and I personally have a great boss.

      Inconvénients

      No remote work for branch employees even with a disability ADA request it gets declined.
