      You will learn politics You will know how to do donkey work You will learn to do world's best blame game You will learn how keep your boss happy All web peoples have qa meeting every 15 days, that is beneficial

      Inconvénients

      No work life balance Just work You will start working in one direction and then they will tell to work in different, no clarity of how to continue work Mangers will chill and give work to juniors Ceo will make sure managers are happy and help them, but will scold themself and motivate the manager to tell junior to work till late night Don't have good clients. Will tale work of 5 peoples from 1 peoples.

      Avantages

      I had a good experience working at the company. The team members were supportive, and I got opportunities to learn and improve my technical skills. The work environment was professional, and management was approachable in most situations. I also appreciated the exposure to real projects and collaboration across teams.

      Inconvénients

      There were some areas that could be improved, such as process clarity, workload distribution, and faster decision-making in certain cases. However, overall it was a valuable experience for my career growth.
