      Good benefits that's about it

      Inconvénients

      They dont give raises, the people are not friendly, the majority of the employees are over 60 years of age and have zero personality, it's a junior company that's manged by people that have no junior style. It's not a fun environment.

      Avantages

      I am a manger at one step up. I have been here over 17 years I've been reading SOME of the reviews, I find them extremely inaccurate and seems they are from former disgruntled employees. I also think the only people that write these reviews ARE FORMER EMPLOYEES (. Because there are so many divisions at one step up there is a lot of opportunity for growth as I began here as a sales and administrative assistant and I now manage a large division. Hands on CEO. 401K - with employer contribution INSURANCE 6 sick/personal days 2 weeks vacation after one year of employment (1 week 1st year)

      Large company so there is red tape to navigate through as with other large companies

      Avantages

      Great company to work at if you’re beginning your career as you may wear several different hats to help you gain experience.

      Inconvénients

      The company does not take good care of their employees. Health and benefits could use some work. Benefits in particular are extremely dated.
