Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The engagement and desire of the staff are very plain to see and feel. Everyone for the most part seems very engaged and focused on the company goal, this is very motivating and encouraging. For the most part new starts are taken care of and eventhough most of the staff are remote there is a welcoming feel about the company.
Inconvénients
Unbalanced workloads. For me, i was hired to do one job wich then changed and was then asked to do three roles under one vague term, which i was poorly compensated for. When i challenged this, i was moved out of the company with zero HR support. It really felt like my legs had been purposefully cut from under me
