      Avantages

      - Beth has been extremely thorough with training me and the group, took things at a pace everyone could handle and explained everything in a way we can all understand. - Overall, my experience at One Call over these past 3 weeks have been really good. I feel to have learnt so much with the training provided, and it is a good atmosphere in the workplace.

      Inconvénients

      - I don't really have any cons to add to this review, I'd say the only thing that could maybe be classed as a con is the feeling of responsibility that comes with the job role, which some people may find quite off putting and pressuring. However that is down to opinion of the individual.

      Avantages

      Work-life balance, flexibility, easy-going and fun. I get along with everyone in the office, they have become my family.

      Inconvénients

      Customer service can be challenging, especially when your target is a wide range. Can be hard to please everyone.
