      Avantages

      Friendly environment and exclusive staff events. £100 attendance bonus just for turning up to work every day, don't have a day off sick in 6 months and there's an extra £200 on your wages. Loads of charity fund raising for local charities and the staff are always involved.

      Inconvénients

      Uniform rules are completely ridiculous, tend to have one rule for some and another for others. Prioritise the profit makers over other staff. Have to turn up ten minutes before your shift starts or you are classed as late and could lose your attendance bonus even though your shift hasn't started and you're not getting paid for those ten minutes.

      Avantages

      Work-life balance, flexibility, easy-going and fun. I get along with everyone in the office, they have become my family.

      Inconvénients

      Customer service can be challenging, especially when your target is a wide range. Can be hard to please everyone.
