      Avantages

      They work really well with your schedule. Awesome people to work with and management is laid back.

      Inconvénients

      Although management is laid back, they never change the bad things happening in the company. Needs to learn how to talk to employees

      Avantages

      The owner and current managers are awesome. Fun, friendly environment with live music during summer. Lots of regular customers, repeat customers and seasonal travelers = great pay!

      Inconvénients

      There are not any cons that I can think of.

      Short shifts and nice regulars

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management by the owner. She constantly changes the hours and doesn’t tell you. She will take you off the schedule and then randomly put you on .
