      Avantages

      Work on interesting small, one to a few person, projects. No nonsense small "old school" firm that is not caught up in all of the management/team fads. Just get done what needs to be done!

      Inconvénients

      Compensation could be higher - especially for being in the San Diego, CA area.

      Relaxed, easy going environment. Diversity of projects and platforms. Flexible schedule.

      Inconvénients

      No real cons that I can think of. Salary/rate could be better.
