Avantages

- Management: You get recognized by people and management. Yes, the recruiting industry as a whole is cutthroat, but people are invested in your success at OP. There are currently people there who have boomerang'd their way back and that says a lot. - Training: Relevant & up-to-date learning opportunities: over the years, topics have covered new tech, blockchain, AI, etc. You also get to work and learn from industry-tested individuals who just 'get it'. - Reputation: It helps that OP has made waves and has longstanding relationships with industry-forward clients (high growth companies, fintech, startups, etc.). Gives one a sense of pride. - Opportunities: Many different staffing practice groups to join based on individual expertise and focus. The practice group I was a part of was OP's DRS (Dedicated Recruiting Services) where us recruiters embedded ourselves within clients' internal TA functions and drove client's hiring processes as consultants (echoes the trad RPO model but with its own unique servicing and pricing model, etc). Great particular opportunity to sharpen and diversify one's experience. - Community: T4Youth - the nation's largest charity ping pong tourney, started by Objective Paradigm, benefitting STEAM education for underprivileged youth.

Inconvénients

- Turnover and pay growth stifling due to market volatility is ubiquitous across the recruiting sector, OP is no exception in the face of market constraints. That said, they're are working creatively toward gaining new client business and fostering existing/former relationships - by the time I left things seemed to be looking stronger^
