      Avantages

      Salaries are very negotiable, as they are very much out touch and often have a hard time filling positions given their online reputation.

      Inconvénients

      Smoke in mirrors. This company operates on fear and politics, with leadership teams using band aids on bullet holes to cover up big spills. It's a "hide everything and question nothing" culture. Tons of emails with multiple parties, but no one willing to take accountability. If finger pointing was in the Olympics.
