Avantages
Good people, all wanting to make a difference. They all thought they belonged to something great.
Inconvénients
Just laid off 30% of workforce including CFO, as company pivots for survival. Made a decent profit helping to pass out COVID relief funds to banks, but now has very weak product line does not offer a superior advantage over competitors. They did a massive expense cut so CEO court a decent balance sheet to potential buyers, but I suspect limited takers. You don't want to be the last one off this boat. This one is going down fast, and there aren't enough lifeboats.
