      Good culture, very accomodating management.

      Being in a pinch with funding, it's hard to get a clear picture of the future. Understandable but still a problem

      Avantages

      Performance is paramount. Politics and "yes" men/women need not apply. Everyone has a clear set of responsibilities and is rewarded for accomplishing and exceeding expectations.

      Inconvénients

      Small company, which isn't a negative and and of itself, but resources (money, people) are limited and sometimes changes is a bit slow to come.

      Good comp plan, great people. Excellent culture.

      Inconvénients

      Poor sales management, little advancement. Constant nick picking by middle sales management.
