Avantages
The projects are very interesting and rewarding which is the only satisfying part of the job. Most of the long standing employees are great to work with.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately, there are not a large number of long term employees. Turnover is extremely high and there is no sense of dedication or loyalty in either direction. Snap decisions to make personnel changes send turmoil through the company and effect moral. Workload and expectations are often more than anyone should have to handle impacting the ability to have a life outside of Novum. Some projects have had up to 5-6 PMs to get through the project due to PMs quitting or getting fired "at-will". Senior Management in general takes no responsibility for why the company is often dysfunctional and consistently blames the rank and file who usually have their hands tied as to what they can do to influence the final result.
