      Avantages

      At the beginning company had a good Work Life balance

      Inconvénients

      1. No rewards and recognition 2. Poor Appraisals 3. Very less pay 4. No transpercy from the management 5. Only option seens for cost cutting is to fire people 6. No proper trainings 7. Not so good Work Culture
