      Avantages

      Some of the people I worked with are the nicest people I've met. The Christmas party was a lot of fun as well!

      Inconvénients

      This company only cares about the bottom line. They baby sit you to make sure you are sorting at your desk on the phone constantly. If I wanted to Tele-sale I could have done that from home.

      Avantages

      - No annual reviews since nobody receives raises.

      Inconvénients

      - VP of Tech many times has to turn up his hearing aid to understand your questions. - Manager in Texas is in over her head. The other managers are trying to push her out. - Main Director has a call center mentality. Fired several technicians for taking PTO days or just talking in the break room.
