Avantages
Leadership really does live by its beliefs. I was looking for a company where I could be more in control of my work-life balance. The fully flexible schedules, outside of a few coordinated meetings, really did give me more control of how I use my time. Also, the talent that is being pulled into this company are amazing, Working with like-minded people who value creativity and independence, who are motivated to hit goals and rise to a challenge, pushes me too.
Inconvénients
This probably isn't the company for you if you are not self motivated and comfortable making decisions on how to get things done. While they provide all the support and information you need to know what to do, there is an expectation that you can operate without constant supervision.
