One of the hardest parts of the business development specialist job is the interview process. One of the things that takes some getting used to is not having meetings very often. We have them maybe once every couple of weeks. I'm used to having them two or three times a week. So you have to do a lot of reading and a lot of kind of finding out your own solutions through your manager, and it's not that bad. It usually takes less than a day for her to get back to me.
